The North American Automobile Trade Association (NAATA) is seeking nominations for positions on our Board of Directors.
The Board of Directors is responsible for guiding the association as it carries out its mandate to facilitate the purchase and sale of motor vehicles across international borders. The Board sets association policy and direction and defines programs, activities and priorities for the organization.
The Board of Directors represents the best interests of association members. Board members are needed to share ideas, expertise and guidance in ensuring that NAATA staff are able to carry out our shared mandate and objectives.
Board members participate in these activities by phone, email and in person. We encourage nominations from persons who are knowledgeable about the import and export of motor vehicles and provision of services to this industry. We also encourage nominations from persons who wish to contribute to the functioning of our organization and viability of the vehicle import and export industry. Board members must be members of NAATA in good standing.

The deadline for nominations is Friday, October 29, 2010. The election of the Board of Directors will take place after the Conference.
